Exhibitor FAQs

NY22 is Cancelled.

We will be adding to this FAQ in the next 24-hours but communicating the difficult decision to cancel is our first priority as we recognize our exhibitor commitments with shipping, staffing and travel.  While this FAQ is not exhaustive, we want to communicate the information that we have.

1.  What will happen to my paid booth space fees?

Per the NY22 Exhibitor Cancellation Policy, NY22 booth fees will be transferred to NY23 being held January 19-22, 2023 unless a refund is specified by the exhibitor.  We will NOT be rolling over any exhibit space fees to a virtual conference should one take place.

Submit your NY22 Resolution Request here.

The NY22 Exhibitor Cancellation Policy can be reviewed here:   NY22 Exhibitor Cancel Policy

2. Cancellation information from GES, hotel services (cleaning, electric, internet, etc.) will be shared as soon as we have them.

3. Will there be a virtual exhibit hall?

There will NOT be a virtual exhibit hall.

4.  Will NY22 cancel my hotel reservation?

All exhibitors and attendees must cancel their hotel rooms on their own, even those within the Marriott rooming block.  Marriott has informed us this must be done at the individual level and they will NOT cancel sleeping rooms.

5.  Will NY22 reimburse me for flight or other travel costs?

NY22 is not able to assist with the travel arrangements you have made. Please contact your travel agent or airline directly to learn about the options available to you; many airlines have made special provisions to address COVID-19 related issues. We apologize for any inconvenience and challenges this may cause you.
