Thank You For Attending NY24 & Info About CECH Certificates
Thank you for attending the NY24 Clinical Conference & Exhibition. The Foundation for Podiatric Medicine and NYSPMA thank you for supporting the conference. It was a great success with over 2000 people involved in the podiatry industry in attendance.
To ensure that the Foundation continues to provide you with a meaningful educational program, all attendees are required to complete an electronic meeting evaluation in order to receive a CECH certificate and/or verification form. This evaluation will be sent out via email within one week.
After completing the electronic evaluation via email, attendees will be able to download their CECH certificates no later than March 1. By registering, you consented to fill out an electronic evaluation survey.
Each attendee is responsible for reporting his or her attendance to all appropriate boards and agencies requiring continuing education. Credits may be registered with state boards by providing them with a copy of your CECH certificate.
