Correct Billing for Debridement of Raised Eczema Skin RT foot 3 x 1 cm

I had a patient with eczema right foot :dimensions 3 x 1 cm.I debrided the raised skin and the patient/caretaker reported less pain and were satisfied. How do I bill?

The procedure code that should be billed for this visit is 11000 (debridement of extensive eczematous or infected skin). The diagnosis code that should be billed is L30.9 for unspecified dermatitis.
