NY 17 Clinical Conference Registration Open

The 2017 Clinical Conference registration and Marriott room block are now open.

NYSPMA member registrants, please carefully read the following:

MEMBER ID NUMBER: When registering for the conference, you will be asked to provide your member ID number. Your APMA and NYSPMA ID numbers are the same. When registering for NY17 use your APMA/NYSPMA number (and not the old 999xxxx number). The ID number is located on your invoices and on your online member profile on the website. Or you can call 212-996-4400 or email sbaker@nyspma.org to get your ID number.

GOOD STANDING: Complimentary/reduced fee admission and the ability to earn continuing education contact hour (CECH) credits free of charge are benefits offered to members of the Association in good standing. A DPM is not a member in good standing if dues payments are past due more than 60 days. Member attendees must be in good standing at time of registration.

DUES PAYMENT: Registered members who are no longer members in good standing as of January 17, 2017 must make their dues payment at onsite registration, or they may pay non-member registration fees in order to receive their registration badge. Dues payments are not retroactive and non-member conference fees will not be reimbursed if dues payments are made after registration.

CECH LETTER: Attendees will receive a survey linked to their CECH letters no later than March 1, 2017.  Any members not in good standing will be required to make their dues payment in order for their letter to be released.
